However, because his construction company is quite small (with the framing and other labor mainly done by him and one of his sons), he is actually not especially easy to find without a referral from our team. In fact, besides the 15 projects involving us in 2022, he only did a few other projects (including a few that did not involve any blueprints or permits). That’s a sign of how small his company is.
