About this garage construction project near Phoenix AZ<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This project is in Peoria AZ (in the northwest part of greater Phoenix) and it is relatively typical for the area. On the exterior, you can see the classic stucco plus one accent section of a manufactured stone veneer. It also has a fully finished interior with insulation and drywall (which is not legally required for a free-standing garage).<\/p>\n\n\n

As an example, we connected with Kent in late 2021 (around Thanksgiving) and he did a few projects with us in December. Then, in 2022, he started 15 of our projects. So far in 2023 (as of early September), he’s started another 8. All of those were in greater Phoenix AZ.

As required by law in Arizona, his company is licensed and insured and bonded. However, because his construction company is quite small (with the framing and other labor mainly done by him and one of his sons), he is actually not especially easy to find without a referral from our team. In fact, besides the 15 projects involving us in 2022, he only did a few other projects (including a few that did not involve any blueprints or permits). That’s a sign of how small his company is.
